3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: To book a rental, please complete the online reservation form and provide accurate details. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email upon successful reservation.
  • Payment Terms: Payments can be made through credit cards and/or PayPa]. Deposit payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Renter Responsibilities

  • Obligations: Renters must adhere to all house rules provided at the time of check in and ensure the property is left in good condition.  A charge will be deducted for the replacement of any broken or missing items and for excessive cleaning.
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, drugs, guns, weapons and illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Limitations of Liability: VIP Cancun Rental is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property that occurs during your stay. We are also not liable for any disruptions in services due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Dispute Resolution:                                                                                                        Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as per the laws of Quintana Roo, Mexico.  You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Quintana Roo for any legal proceedings.
